Christmas Party

I’ve just had the first real Christmas party today in my Seattle home. It may not be a prefer Christmas party for Min, but certainly a real experience for me. For me, I am not a big fan for any public holidays, including Christmas or Thanksgiving. It does not even matter if I do something to celebrate them. This year, we will be away at Christmas again, so Min decided to have potluck and Christmas gift exchange.

He started to wrap this mug gifts in this afternoon without my help and put everything under the electric Christmas tree. The tree looks nice with lights on and this is something to warm up the atmosphere. Our guests seem to like it. After dinner, we all sat in the living room waiting for the gift exchange. They used poker cards to decide who was going to be the first and last to choose gift. Luckily I was the last, but I did not take the great opportunity to steal anyone else’s gift, but Yang’s travel bag gift. Though gift options are not great, this is something specially for Christmas and I am happy to be part of it.
